Well, it’s that time of year again…stores are bustling, kids are dreaming of Santa, people are bit more cheerful, and there’s an overall sense of love and generosity in the air. While this may be the case throughout many areas in the world, there’s simply nothing more cozy than a Montana Christmas.

Montana Christmases consist of breathtaking mountains dusted with sparkly snow, frozen lakes for iceskating, and miles and miles of trails that are perfect for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and many other activities. When you have property in Montana, you’ve really got endless options for how to spend your day! One of my favorite parts about going out into the frozen wonderland though, is getting home, shedding the layers and curling up with a piping hot mug of coffee.

Property in Montana is some of the most sought-after in the country. Why? Because not only is it gushing with beauty but it’s quiet- so quiet that it’s one of the last places where you can look up at a night sky without any light-pollution interrupting the view. Just think, you could spend the whole day playing in the fresh, glittering powder and come home to your cabin to sip on hot cider and fall asleep gazing at the endless stars in the big Montana sky.

There’s just something about spending Christmas in the big sky state that helps people take the plunge and purchase the property in Montana that they’ve always dreamed of. So, if you’re at all dreaming about your own cabin, we suggest you spend your holiday season checking out Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, the quaint village of Bigfork or shopping in the historic downtown of Kalispell. You will be welcomed with open arms and happy faces.
